The attainable housing at Inspire Homes enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.

Income Limit Guidelines
A 2 bedroom floor plan with a 60% designation denotes an income limit of $55,020
A 3 bedroom floor plan with a 60% designation denotes an income limit of $61,140
A 2 bedroom floor plan with a 80% designation denotes an income limit of $73,350
A 3 bedroom floor plan with a 80% designation denotes an income limit of $81,500

Do You Qualify?
Our Attainable Housing program is monitored and audited by the Fort Worth Housing Authority. Our community will verify all the information provided by our applicants. This includes government issued photo identification, employment history, income, credit score, and rental history. We do this to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activities.
